Clean EGR and Diesel Intake DNT

Areas of application

Cleaning EGR DNT is the solution to clean the EGR without dismantling it while the car is running. Once used it will eradicate coal and tar-like deposits that restrict air flow and cause the EGR valve to work. In addition, it is also equally effective in cleaning the air intake manifold, intake valves, airflow sensors and the turbo to restore and maintain engine performance and fuel economy.

A noisy diesel engine often indicates problems with the air intake, and cleaning the intake can help avoid the cost of replacing engine parts. The active solution eliminates dirt that accumulates around the air intake, including oil, resins and soot. It's fast and easy to use at a low cost. The product is suitable for use on vehicles with an exhaust gas recirculation valve (EGR valve) and diesel particulate filter (DPF).

Instructions for use

A flexible spray tube allows extra-long spray projection of up to 60 cm. Cleans engine parts which returns to its full functioning. In this way, it prevents damage to the diesel engine and makes it more reliable. The air intake is clean, at the same time reducing fuel consumption, allowing the engine to run smoothly.

Tips

For best results, we recommend a combination of DNT aerosol and a 2max 55K additive. While the DNT cleans the EGR system and inlet, the 55K cleans and lubricates the "wet" part of the fuel system.
For very clogged and dirty EGR, it is recommended to disassemble the valve and clean it with the 2max Carbon Off decarbonizer.
